Pickup and drop-off is at the National Park Dock in Cruz Bay St. John. If you prefer an alternative location please send a request and we will do our best to accomidate.
A non-refundable deposit of half the full charter amount is due upon booking the charter, with the balance due upon departure. This may be transferred to new dates with a minimum of 30 day notice. Deposits for charters cancelled within less than 30 days of pickup are nontransferable.
All guests traveling to the British Virgin Islands need a valid passport. The Captain will take care of clearing customs for everyone on board, upon arriving in the BVIs. The cost per person for custom fees can vary but is usually $85 – $100 per person. This is a one time fee to enter the country.
Overnight Cruses will be coordinated by our travel staff before departure. Weather and sea conditions may alter final destinations.
For Day Trips we typically wait until everyone is on board to plan a set itinerary. The Crew will talk with you upon arrival and factor weather, sea conditions and personal requests. If there are any must sees on your list, we will do everything in our power to get you there!
For Day Trips bring your towel and non spray sunscreen.
For Overnight Cruises it is best to avoid large suitcases as the boat has limited room for large items. Most of your time will be spent in bathing suits. In the evening you may opt to put on clothes to enjoy dinner. Remember to bring sunscreen (no spray sunscreen)!
For those that have experienced seasickness we recommend taking Dramamine one hour before pickup. If there is a serious case of seasickness you’ve experienced, we recommend seeing your doctor in advance to get a patch. This will ensure you enjoy your time on the boat seasick free.

Yes, you can connect to Intrepid's stereo via Bluetooth or USB cable.
American cell phones work without roaming charges in the USVI. Sometimes a US signal can be found in BVI waters if a US cell tower is in sight. If you anticipate using your phone often, we recommend purchasing an international plan from your service provider.
Yes, your crew can coordinate communications via phone, email and VHF radio.
